I admit that I'm so addicted on watching the recent episodes of The Vampire Diaries (Season 3). With that said, I'm done already with the latest episode. Yes! I can't wait to see the new episodes coming. :)

Anyway, I'm super glad because Elijah is back! Oh my, why you so gorgeous! You're looking great and ever so handsome! Hehehe. Oh, I made a list of guys I think are good looking on this TV series so far: Stefan, Damon, Alaric, Klaus, Jeremy, and Elijah. ♥ *Fan girl mode*

I'd also like to add that everything about this TV series is perfect. Its casts, storyline, and most specially the soundtracks. I get to find beautiful and soulful songs from each episodes. Kudos to The Vampire Diaries team! I'll be a fan of your show forever. ♥

So okay, here's to a whole bunch of barbecuing of isaw (skewered intestines of chicken and pig), black pudding, chicken's head & feet, and anything goes. Hehehe. My most favorite of them all is the dipping sauce—it has native vinegar, chopped onions, chili pepper, etc. Hahaha. Oh well, yes, my bad, my fave is isaw!!! Playing safe to eat eh. Sort of. I got the chance to see the Mall of Asia Eye Ferris wheel today. It is said to be the tallest Ferris wheel in the Philippines. I was so thrilled to actually see it. Really cool. :)

Due to terrible terrible mosquito bites I have now, I decided to buy Off! lotion insect repellent. I can't take any longer those itchy and small, red bumps. I can't even count how much bites I have now. Tsk.

Here it is, a positive ‘to-do’ list for the upcoming year – 30 things to start doing for yourself:

1. Start spending time with the right people. – These are the people you enjoy, who love and appreciate you, and who encourage you to improve in healthy and exciting ways. They are the ones who make you feel more alive, and not only embrace who you are now, but also embrace and embody who you want to be, unconditionally.

2. Start facing your problems head on. – It isn’t your problems that define you, but how you react to them and recover from them. Problems will not disappear unless you take action. Do what you can, when you can, and acknowledge what you’ve done. It’s all about taking baby steps in the right direction, inch by inch. These inches count, they add up to yards and miles in the long run.

3. Start being honest with yourself about everything. – Be honest about what’s right, as well as what needs to be changed. Be honest about what you want to achieve and who you want to become. Be honest with every aspect of your life, always. Because you are the one person you can forever count on. Search your soul, for the truth, so that you truly know who you are. Once you do, you’ll have a better understanding of where you are now and how you got here, and you’ll be better equipped to identify where you want to go and how to get there. 4. Start making your own happiness a priority. – Your needs matter. If you don’t value yourself, look out for yourself, and stick up for yourself, you’re sabotaging yourself. We never get tired of doing this every time we visit our grandmother. We actually loved playing from morning until evening. Oh, how I miss those days. I wish I could be forever young. *Sigh*

We watched Disney on Ice show last 25th of December. And it was one amazing production. Among the Disney characters, my most likeable performance was of Princess Jasmine and Aladdin. They were the best! So it was such a memorable and wonderful Christmas day experience. It brought back my childhood memories. :)

Santol is also known in its English term as “the wild Mangosteen” or “faux mangoustanier” in French. It is popularly called as the “lolly fruit”.

Since a few days ago, I'm craving to eat santol. Whenever I get a chance to go out, I've been looking for someone who's selling it. Unfortunately, I can't find santols inside the grocery stores or even in wet markets. Perhaps, it isn't santol season yet. I'll just go find an alternative instead to satisfy my craving. ;)

One of my most favorite destinations in the Philippines is Baguio City. I've been able to visit Baguio for three times last year (2011). What I love about the place is the cool weather, less pollution, and much nicer environment. I'm wishing that one day I'll get to live in Baguio. Morning came, with amazement on his face, everything was in order, a tablet of aspirin, and a glass of water with a note:

He was wondering why was that, so he asked his son, "What happened last night?" Your mom should be angry."

A special someone just sent me a birthday/Christmas gift (which is the digital camera), the item is currently in transit though. That's why I'm eagerly anticipating for the package delivery to come anytime during the week.

Last Friday (June 17) was a oh-so-happy day for me. I renewed my NBI clearance, and met the seller of the iPod Touch.

After an hour or so of falling in line for the renewal of NBI clearance---finally, I got mine! Then we ordered a sumptuous meal at Tokyo Tokyo:

Yesterday was a fantastic day for me. I watched two hilarious and awesome films. I also went out. :D I rarely leave the house nowadays due to work, as I wanted to keep working while I still have my clients. The previous day was a day-off and for that I can do anything I want freely. So, I decided to watch a movie.

The first movie I saw was....

Bangkok Traffic (Love) Story

I LOL-ed at it many times!
Rating: 10/10

The movie has good reviews from the members of PinoyExchange (forum). That's why I decided I also want to watch it. Good to know that it was a good good movie. It did not disappoint me. I loved it!

Right after watching the romantic-comedy film I went out to chill and to watch another movie. But first, here are some photos of what I've done before going to the movie house. *Giggles* Yes, I ate dinner. :)

I ate at Sizzling Plate and ordered Pork Teriyaki. For dessert, ice scramble, my favorite since I was studying in elementary school. Yum!

I'm torn between Kung Fu Panda 2 or Pirates of the Caribbean 4 to watch. I want to see both films on that same night. Unfortunately, I think I will not be able to make it to the next film. Geez... maybe next time.

Though I'm glad I chose Kung Fu Panda 2 to watch. I've only seen on TV its first movie. Personally, the first one was really cool, funny, and hyper! I super like Po! 'Cause he's such a big and cute warrior. Hehe. Same with the Furious Five (Tigress, Monkey, Mantis, Viper and Crane), they are so brave and fearless characters! And I wow-ed at Master Shifu's ability to perform Kung Fu. Indeed it was a great film. I enjoyed both first and second film. Now I'm looking forward for the third installment. :D

The photo was taken last month, April 16th, in the Araneta Coliseum. It was The Script's concert. This is my only photo that night. :( As I was very happy and thrilled watching their performance.

As of yet, it was the best concert and crowd I've ever experienced. As in! I really love them because they are simply awesome! :) It's worth all the sweat and time while waiting just to get inside the venue! Haha!

Bright Dark days upon me, I see no hopeful future. These heavy clouds poor rain on me which I can never escape. Cold and shivering I pray for a little sunshine. My Latest Asian Drama Craze: Down with Love

The last four days of my time was spent cramming to finish a 16-episode Taiwanese drama---done! Let alone I'm also doing my work. Yay! And what series am I talking here? It's...

Down With Love

I've fallen so deeply with this drama. Who's not? :P I never thought it would bring back my resistance on watching late at night. Lol. Kidding aside, I certainly recommend it. Personally, I think it's way better than Meteor Garden and Hana Kimi. Just saying! Hm-mm, anyway, my favorite scenes are the following:

This photo was where the party was held at Ke Zhong's residence in Hang Zhou. Yu Ping taught Yang Guo how to walk properly while wearing high heels. It was really sweet of him. That one guy who will support you and tell you ways on how to deal things while you're in a faltering situation. Aww! After the tutoring scene, they laughed and danced so lovely. :)

Here's to the most touching and sincerest kiss I've ever seen. Srsly. *Sigh*

Actually, there were lots of funny, sweet and heartbreaking moments in this drama which I can't show with screenshots. :( In addition, I love all the characters! I truly adore Ella and Jerry Yan. I like their chemistry! And now, I'm a certified Down with Love fan. :)

It's only sad to know that there's no wedding scene. But you'll find photos of their nuptial. :P

Letters to Juliet

Hey!

I just finished watching Letters to Juliet. And oh boy, I want to fall in love again! Not that I had discouraged myself for liking nor loving a guy but believing that there is really a happily-ever-after ending.

Furthermore, it was amazing that Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) is a fact-checker. That's the coolest job I've ever heard. Although in the movie her passion is writing. Which I wish I'm good at. Well... I'm still struggling. :P

Hmmm... Going back to the movie, there are plenty of funny and romantic scenes I'll never forget. And actually I just can't help myself to laugh and cry at some parts. Like when Claire already met Lorenzo. Ahhh... One lesson we should take into account, do not be afraid to follow your heart so you won't have regrets in life. You have your own free-will anyway. So you don't need to wait for 50 years or so just to find true love, again. :)

Hello!

I'm sorry my "darling blog". I can't update you as much as I wanted. But you see I'm making amends and that is to have you look cute by changing your template. Really. I know how silly I am. :P

Anyhow, I think this will do with my promise, to at least add an entry or two. Thus here it is…

I want to share my experiences this week. Oh why, last August 23rd was a dreadful day to everyone especially to those who have watched the news and learned about the Quirino Grandstand Bloodbath. Certainly, it is so traumatic and all. I can’t help but feel the anguish of those who are suffering. I suppose, this incident shall be a lesson to all. My prayers extend for the citizens who have lost their loved ones, and for our country who obtains prejudiced judgments. Hope everything would be fair because no one is amiably perfect. Just so you know.

Then came Tuesday, the Ms. Universe pageant is in the headline. Ms. Philippines hailed as 4th runner-up of the Ms. Universe 2010 competition held in Las Vegas. Venus Raj is so elegant, fantastic and a true fighter. You are truly worthy of it and much more. Kudos! :)

What about the remaining days? Well, we experienced an electricity interruption due to the loosened electric wire. But we felt grateful that MERALCO promptly answered our phone call and sent a technician to repair it. So that night was okay. Unluckily, just earlier ago we got the same problem. However, worse came to worst, the wire is ruined and needed thorough inspection. So, my mother called them again. MERALCO didn’t fail to surprise us as they arrived after the urgent call and once again fixed it. If not for your helpful technicians, we won’t be able to enjoy our day. Hehe. :D

Tomorrow, it is Richard’s birthday and I just wish him all the best, good health and keep up the good work he’s doing.

Okay, I gotta go now. I’m looking ahead to a busy but happy new month. Oh, next week is the start of –BER month. Yipee!:D

Rainy Month of Events

Howdy!

A new month has finally arrived and my schedule is a bit jam-packed over the past few weeks. Hehe. Though I'm loving it!

So you see, my mother just celebrated her birthday last August 1. We may not been able to set-up a grand party for her, I just bought her stuff that she'll definitely feel special. And I knew I did! :)

Also, I'm drooling (literally) on having a new phone. I've been pining to own a Nokia C3 since months ago. Hehe. I decided I'll buy it this month, but I guess I can't. Not until the coming month. So I'm really saving for it. Hmp! :)

And oh, someone's birthday is also coming up. Do I have to prepare for that? Nada! JK.

So I hope this month will turn out rainbow-like with a pot of gold at the tail end. Teehee.

My Sunday Routine

How are you all doing?

If you ask me, I'm doing good. It's just a matter of making my days productive, so I'm happy with that.

After being so sealed up with work, I always look forward to Sundays. As we all know it's a day we're off to work, school etc. It's a time to recharge and loosen up from everything else. And so, every Sunday is a movie/pigging out day for me! Yeah!

Just like two consecutive weeks, I have seen two great films and I see to it that I will watch the best among the list.

Here are those:

(What can I say, Jaden is sooo cute and good in here. I can see that his passionate with what he does and I knew someday, he will become a big star too! Jackie Chan is a legend. I also like the theme song, "Never Say Never" sang by whom?! Justin Bieber!)

(To all those who saw Inception, I guess some, if not all, would agree that this film is genius! Really awesome and spectacular in a sense that I like a film like that that discusses the complexity of a dream. About what is inside our heads, things we should keep and let go. Leonardo DiCaprio is soo lucky, he's blessed with everything. You know what I mean? His talent, his undying good looks, and awe-inspiring movies ever made. And oh, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is wow! Hehe. I also saw his other movie, 500 Days of Summer. He's cool, aryt?)

Then, the rest is history. Hehe. I also got to dine in to different local restaurants. The not-so-positive note is I haven't got to take sumptuous photos. My bad. :(

Currently, I'm addicted on this book series called House of Night. I'm on the 3rd installment of the book entitled Chosen. I'm liking vampire stories lately, and this one just clenches my thirst in reading. Rawr! :)

It’s official, Sherlock Holmes and Watson will be back on the big screen. Director Guy Ritchie’s new incarnation of the crime solver will begin filming in the fall, according to Jude Law.

“It looks likely that we’re going to shoot the second Sherlock Holmes in October,” he said, though he kept mum on what villainy he and Sherlock will be battling. “I don’t know yet where the story will go,” Law says, “but there are a lot of Sherlock Holmes novels to choose from.” [E!]

This is the latest movie I watched...

Rating: 11/10 (Over! Haha! I had a great time watching it in 3D.)

Also I've got to dine in at French Baker in SM Megamall. Everything I've ate there is super delicious and mouth-watering. Really. :) Then, I bought three medium sized bags of Holy Kettle Corn popcorn. I'm just a bit disappointed, 'cause I didn't get the flavor I want. It's worth it, though. It served as my comfort food. :)

I better check out other restaurants around. Time to explore good foodies!

I'm fond of checking the current tally of votes on TV. Since my presidential bet, Noynoy Aquino, is on top! Despite the fact that his running mate could or could not make the same as he did. There’s also one thing I found interesting. It has something to do with reading tweets from a hi-tech machine. Fun as it is...

Today is my rest day. And so I've been able to hop on different blogs and websites I always try to shun when I'm working. It seems a distraction, but hey, it's like my comfort hobby to stick in.

I have a habit of reading Ms. Chuvaness blog a.k.a. CVS. She has very witty and attention-grabbing posts in which readers will certainly enjoy reading. So I'm very hooked on her blog.

Then, I also like reading Ms. Leyn’s, Sosyalera.net blog. Her entries are so unique, cool and she’s open to give advices to her avid readers. She is such a beautiful and kind lady at heart. <3

Lastly, I have a classmate way back in high school, her name is Czarina Mae or Maye for short. She also owns a blog site and I regularly follow her posts same with her tweet messages which are so fun to read. Surely, this girl is so chic and passionate to everything she does. Girl power! Love it.

Whilst, I’m like the minor towers next to the citizen. But it should be lifted and should be happy with everything else. This too shall pass. Hehe

Book 10: Dead in the Family

Here is a quick update. As I was browsing over the Internet, I remember that Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse Book 10 would be released in May. So it's this month! Yahoo!

And so, I checked on any news regarding the newest book and I've read it's out since 4th of May. Just two days ago. Wow! That was quick. Considering I have been waiting since last year. :)

So while looking for an available copy of the book, not in hardbound. :P I'll read the first chapter of the book. Weee! :)

I am very excited about this. Obviously, I'm a fan! :)

Happy and Huffy Monday Morning

I’m back! Well... I'm excused to why I can't write a decent blog entry as much as I could. :) Right, because I have commitments. Still, I want to share the important events happening to my one and only blog once in a while. :)

Last weekend, my mother, Catherine (little sister) and I went to the mall to see what’s on sale and stuff to buy. The original plan was I’ll only accompany Catherine to go to her favorite store. But our mother told us she’ll come along too. So off we go. There were so many people shopping, eating, and strolling inside the mall. We feel like we’re on a public market, squeezed to one another, items were sold everywhere, etc. I can't complain, right. It was indeed a fun day though. Plus, I’ve got to enjoy it with my mother and Catherine. Also we’ve got to purchase new kitchen utensils and school supplies for my siblings.

Then came Sunday, it was a good day and I’ve got to buy an External DVD-RW for my laptop! Yippee! So I have to crossed that out to my wish list. Thanks to my monthly earnings. :)

Hence, I’ve been able to change the Operating System of my laptop; from Linux to Windows XP. The only downfall that happened was I’ve tried to install it four times and just got lucky at my fourth attempt. It was very stressful because it took me hours that I have to sleep at 6:00 ‘o clock this morning. Argh!

This is a random post...

I feel bad because I think I need to buy a new mouse for my laptop. The right-click function of my mouse is not working. :| So, if ever I bought one it will be my third mouse.

Whenever I finish my work, I have a habit of visiting blog sites and forums to be updated. Doing it, I feel my day is complete. I also read Twitter updates. :)

Every Wednesday and Thursday I always stay tune to watch American Idol. I'm hoping my three bets will get to stay longer this season. Who are they? Aaron, Big Mike, and Lee. I'm rooting with either of these three to win this season.

Sometimes, I'm thinking of doing something new and fun. Or at least my daily routine would change a bit. I want it more exciting and a little fun. Yes, I also need to feel good vibes. As a matter of fact, I actually don't take things too seriously. But while waiting for that moment, I will focus on my goals and enjoy it.

So there you go, just letting you know I still have interest to blog. Even though it looks boring. Hehe. Remember, this is my blog. I can write anything I want. Now, give me a smile! :)

Babe, I Love You & Whatnots

How ya doin' folks?

Last Sunday, I opted to go outside and enjoy my free time. As I was swamped with stuff to finish, so I need to release harmful thoughts. *Wink*

I started my day with searching credible information about HYIP. I sought the help of Wikipedia and got an answer that changed my decision. To not risk! Great.

So here it is, I went outside and head over to my favorite karaoke place, Music 21 Plaza. I sang several songs I usually sing like When You're Gone and The Climb. It feels really good to sing. For that, I can say that my personal therapy is music and it helped me a lot of times when I feel weary.

Then, I went to the mall to eat dinner with a friend. When we finished our meal, we decided to watch a movie. :) I chose to watch "Babe, I Love You" starring Anne Curtis and Sam Milby. The movie is different from any typical Filipino romantic-comedy films I've seen. It made me cry thrice or more (as far as I can remember) and worst I can't stopped. No kidding. The story is unusual, it evolves from Sam's family problem with his mom, Anne and Sam's love story, to Anne's character as a promo girl which led her to circumstances that made her life complicated. In this movie, I like Sam's character. He always take things lightly, handles and accepts situations maturely. And definitely, really good looking. I prefer a guy like him. :) With Anne, I wowed by her acting skills! She's so good on executing her role. Both of them actually moved me. I feel great that I got the chance to see this movie. I'm so proud of them! Lastly, my mood switched from crying to laughing and vice versa. Maybe I'm just too affected. Great job for this film!

Yay! I received a promo item from Kotex---a black rectangular envelope. I guess I already know what's inside. I filled up for free sample from their website early or late February, but I just got mine today. Phew! Still, thanks Kotex!

Break Time

How is your day going so far?

Please excuse the emotional rants I've posted on my previous entries. :) And for that, I will share something new.

My mind is so clouded right now. One of these thoughts: how can I earn extra bucks. Yes, I have two full time jobs, but I'm contemplating on adding some simple tasks to receive more. At this moment, I'm on the planning stage and trying to discover new stuff to kill time also.

During my spare time, I randomly search for online websites that will help me do things I want while I earn too. Then I stumbled on a website called Neobux, a legitimate site where you can earn at least $0.02 per click, and you can also earn by referrals. But I don't have any luck with getting referrals. :|

Also, I am very interested to try earning bucks by blogging. I was inspired by successful bloggers who keep getting huge amounts just by posting entries on their own blog(s), and without spending so much time online. It's like their blog works for them. Take note, they are allow to write any niche they like or even use their personal posts. I once thought then, “Wow! How did they do that?! Crazy.” The good thing is they give advices to their aspiring co-bloggers to have patience and full dedication. It's never easy to do it at first, which is true. So I'm doing my best to keep up as well. Yes, I'm trying. :)

So that's it, I shared a part of what I do when you see me online. And it is to read and read helpful information and tips. I'm motivated to start right now. However, I can't guarantee how it will go. I'll just do what I can to make my blog worth keeping. Hehe.

Last Day of March

Terrible. I posted only a few updates on my blog. I guess it is time for a new entry! :)

Actually we are alone at home now. Yesterday, our mother, father and younger brother left the house to visit my grandmother and to have a short vacation. I knew my mom waited long enough for this to happen. And for that, I'm in-charge to look after my siblings back here. I'm glad they can do things on their own. Not hard-headed, and picky home buddies when we had our meals. So far so good. I don't think so much about doing chores because they can handle it. I assumed they enjoyed the quiet and free time they are experiencing right now. Less of all things.

Apart from that, tomorrow will be Maundy Thursday. So, many people will be going back to their provinces to relax, and unwind. Well... for them it's a holiday week---no work. But, on my side, I still have work. Yet, I'm going to observe the Season of Lent...at home.

This month is like a whirlwind for me. I can't explain it any further, but this is when I felt like I was put to the test. I'm trying to figure what really matters to me and all that. To end this statement, I feel happy for those times I managed to smile, and I feel bad for failed moments. I suppose, there are definite reasons for all things. And I should know better than anyone. ^___________^

Latest Gifts I Received

I've not been able to shared past happenings I had with my blog for about two weeks. I'm sorry for that. No wonder, 'cause I'm not in the perfect mood to say anything. And aside from this online blog site I own, I also keep a personal journal where I can write using a pen and paper. :) I write short notes of activities and events in my journal so I can easily remember them. To mention a few, I jotted down about Kris Allen and friends' concert (lol), Melissa won the Pinoy Big Brother Double Up TV show and other stuff.

By the way, I don't have a Valentine's date last Sunday. I went out, yes, but I just bought a treat for my family and enjoyed it.

Monday came, I haven't received any flowers, sweet notes etc. But yesterday, I got a CD and a cake!
